Happy Wednesday, friends. I hope you all are having a good week thus far. This week I have had a heavy heart for the victims of the theater shooting in Colorado. I cannot imagine what these people and their families are going through right now, and it is hard for me to understand how someone could do something so evil.
On Sunday, I read a blog post from a mom who was in the Aurora theater during the shooting. This woman has an amazing faith, and in her post describes how God is still a merciful and good God in the midst of this tragedy. She also gives ways you can be praying for her family during this time. We’re all given one life. Whatever happens during our time on earth, God wants us around because He loves many more to come into His fold. Our lives are not our own. We’re His. We should be telling His story around.
